Initial consultation/Assessment (1 hour): $135* GST exempt.

Follow up visit (1/2 hour): $80*

 

Professional Report: $70 flat rate.

 

Medicare bulk billing available for those with pension/health care cards, if referred under the appropriate plan by GP

 

DVA Gold & White card holders can be referred by GP using form D0904.

 

*There will be a further charge for travel outside of a 15km radius of Carrara. This can be negotiated with OT.
